1. Who we are

getvaro.co is operated by VARO Provisions, Inc., 174 N Old Highway 91 Unit 28, Hurricane, Utah 84737. Orders are fulfilled from Hurricane, Utah. Contact: hello@getvaro.co.

2. Our other policies

These terms work with our Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Contact Information page. Each applies on its own subject.

3. Offers, prices and codes

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change. A change never applies to an order already placed. Subscription price changes follow our Subscription Policy.
  • Unless an offer says otherwise, each promotional offer can be used once per customer. Plan prices are not promotional offers.
  • Offer codes are single use and expire when the offer says. Offers do not combine with other offers or codes.
  • We may end or change an offer for new orders at any time. Offers already redeemed are honored.
  • If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

4. Free trials and samples

VARO never automatically subscribes a free-trial or sample customer. A free trial or sample does not turn into a subscription. You become a subscriber only if you choose a plan and confirm it yourself. Our Subscription Policy states this rule in full.

  • One-time 10-pack. A one-time 10-pack is a single purchase at $54 plus shipping. It does not renew.
  • Free trials. VARO offers no free trial at launch. Any free trial we offer later follows this section.
  • Samples are not covered by the 90-day money-back guarantee and do not earn points. Damaged or wrong samples are replaced under our Refund Policy.

5. Rewards points

Customers with an active 90-Day Supply subscription earn rewards points on their 90-Day orders, starting with their first order. Points from orders placed before the VARO rewards program launches are credited when it launches. We will post the program's terms here before it starts.

6. Product information

Read the label before you eat. The full ingredient list is on every package. Store VARO as the package directs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Washington County, Utah.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Changes to a subscription's price or terms follow our Subscription Policy.
