1. Where we ship

We ship to US addresses only at launch: the 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

2. What shipping costs

• 90-Day Supply orders ship free.
• Other orders pay the US rates shown at checkout.

3. When your order ships

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are fulfilled from Hurricane, Utah. When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. Delivery times are estimates.

4. Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost, damaged, or arrives with something wrong or missing, our Refund Policy explains how we make it right.
