Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, online, in a few clicks.

1. How it works

When you choose a plan at checkout, you agree that VARO may charge the payment method you use, at the price shown, on every billing date, until you cancel. Your first charge is at checkout. Your next charge is 30 or 90 days later, depending on your plan.

2. What you agree to, and what we send you

Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, price, cadence, and that it renews until you cancel. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with the same terms and how to cancel.

3. Reminders

We email you 3 days before every charge. The email shows the date, the amount, and a link to skip, pause or cancel.

4. Managing your subscription

Log in to your subscription account at getvaro.co/account with your email. We send you a secure link. No password needed. There you can:

Cancel.
Skip your next order.
Pause for 30, 60 or 90 days.
Change your next order date.
Swap flavors between ORIGIN and HATCH.
Switch between the 30-Day and 90-Day plans.
Update your address and payment method.

You can make changes any time before an order is charged. Once an order is charged, it ships. If a renewal charged by mistake, our Refund Policy explains what we do.

5. Cancelling

Cancel online in your subscription account, anytime. There is no fee, no phone call and no minimum number of orders. You may see an offer before you cancel. You can decline it and cancel in the same visit.

You can also email hello@getvaro.co. We cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email.

Cancelling stops all future charges. An order already charged still ships, unless the accidental renewal terms in our Refund Policy apply.

6. Pausing

Choose a pause of 30, 60 or 90 days. Your subscription resumes on its own when the pause ends. We email you before it resumes. You can resume early or cancel during a pause.

7. Price changes

We email you at least 30 days before any price increase. The email explains how to cancel. If you do nothing, the new price applies from the first billing date after the notice period.

8. Promotional first orders

Some offers lower the price of your first 90-Day order. The offer tells you this before you buy. After that first order, your subscription renews at $105 every 90 days for three 10-packs.

9. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we try again and email you each time. After the final attempt, we pause your subscription. We do not cancel it.

10. What each plan includes

Both plans: cancel, swap or pause anytime.
30-Day Supply: save 10% on every order.
90-Day Supply: $105 every 90 days, free US shipping, rewards points on every order (see our Terms of Service) and the 90-day money-back guarantee on unopened packs from your first order (see our Refund Policy).

11. Samples and trials never become subscriptions

VARO never automatically subscribes a free-trial or sample customer. A sample, a free trial or a one-time 10-pack is one purchase. It does not renew, and we will not charge you again because you took one. You become a subscriber only if you choose a plan and confirm it yourself.
